Overview

This is an in-person event where former Takarazuka Revue star Rio Hoshizuki will be the instructor, leading fun stretches to refresh your body.

Anyone can easily participate for free.

Moving your body for about 20 minutes before or after work can refresh your mind and improve your work efficiency. By participating in this event, we hope to contribute to the healthy lifestyle of everyone spending time in this building.

Instructor

Rio Hoshizuki

As a child actress, she appeared in various stage productions such as "Annie." In 2008, she joined the Takarazuka Revue as a 94th-term student. She made her debut in the Moon Troupe's "ME AND MY GIRL." In the same year, she was assigned to the Cosmos Troupe. Her major appearances include "The Rose of Versailles," "TOP HAT," "Elisabeth," "WEST SIDE STORY," "Papa, I Love You," "Anastasia," and many more. In September 2021, she retired from the Takarazuka Revue after "Sherlock Holmes -The Game Is Afoot!- " and "Délicieux! -Sweet Paris-."

Lesson Content

This is a stretching class devised by instructor Hoshizuki based on her experience in the Takarazuka Revue and as a performer, designed to be easy for people of all ages and genders without putting a heavy burden on the body.

Eligibility

• All genders are welcome, and even those who are not good at exercise are encouraged to participate with peace of mind.
• You can participate without changing clothes, but you will enjoy the stretches more if you wear comfortable clothing.
• Please prepare a towel and drinks as needed.
• Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant cannot participate.

*Those participating online are requested to secure a space equivalent to one yoga mat.
